    1. Please complete the form below to invite or request the Mayor’s attendance at an upcoming event. While we appreciate all requests, due to scheduling, not all requests can always be accommodated. If the Mayor is unable to attend, arrangements can be made for another staff member to participate.

      Please provide at least two weeks’ notice in advance of the event.

      Attendance cannot be confirmed until all information is submitted.

      Once this form is submitted, a member of the Mayor’s staff will be in touch to provide further details.
