The Planning and Zoning Commission has been hard at work drafting revisions to the City’s Zoning Regulations that primarily relate to the General Commercial Zone (GC). A public information meeting was held Tuesday, November 19 in the auditorium at the City of Groton’s Municipal Building. Commissioners and staff gave a formal presentation on the proposed changes and how they will benefit the City of Groton. Following the presentation, the public had the opportunity to submit written questions. Commissioners and staff addressed all questions received. This was not a public hearing on an existing application, and no vote was taken.
