Hours of Operation:
The Transfer Station is open year round, Thursday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and is closed Monday through Wednesday.

NO CHARGE disposal for Residential bulky waste, appliances and tires at the Flanders Road Transfer Station on the following days only:

  • Saturday, October 25, 2008 - 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Sunday, October 26, 2008 - 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
  • Monday, October 27, 2008 - CLOSED
  • Tuesday, October 28, 2008 - CLOSED
  • Wednesday, October 29, 2008 - CLOSED
  • Thursday, October 30, 2008 - 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Friday, October 31, 2008 - 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Saturday, November 1, 2008 - 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Sunday, November 2, 2008 - 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Proof of residency is required. No Municipal Solid Waste (garbage), cardboard, hazardous waste, or oversized vehicles. All loads are subject to inspection and redisents are required to separate loads as directed.

The disposal of the following items are free year round:
  • Leaves
  • Electronics
  • Fluorescent Light Bulbs (unbroken)
  • Scrap Metal
  • Oil
  • Oil Filters
  • Antifreeze
  • Palettes
  • Automotive Batteries

Normal Hours of Operation: The Transfer Station is open year round, Thursday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Closed Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Holiday Closings are posted at the front gate. Sunday will be the last Sunday open until April.
