A community building available for rent, this seaside house is ideal for small alcohol-free gatherings of 50 people or less. Overlooking the Thames River and Long Island Sound, this beachfront location is perfect for family celebrations, church and civic events as well as business meetings.
Rental Rates:City of Groton Residents - $25.00 per hour
Non-Residents - $50.00 per hour
Note: There is a $100.00 deposit required to hold the reservation date.
During beach season, additional parking fees will apply to all rentals. Please call our office Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm for more information on parking restrictions, reservations and fees.
The City of Groton has six (6) picnic pavilions with charcoal grills at Washington Park - a perfect place to relax socialize during those lazy days of summer. Military personnel receive a 10% discount.
